Sometimes, when you try to visit a webpage, it doesn't load properly. One reason this can happen is because of security measures in place to protect your computer and your data. These security tools, like cloud security or email security systems, are designed to block certain sites that are not recognised, might be dangerous or suspicious.
General Troubleshooting
- The easiest way to prove this theory is to log into your BSI Connect account on a non work PC or via your phone (if your phone is connected to the company WIFI, disconnect it as it may still block the site).
- Contact your IT team. They can adjust the settings in the security system to allow access to the webpage URL.
