If you're having trouble accessing your workspace and see the error message:
"You do not have access to this workspace. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."
This might occur because your account was registered with a different email address or is not registered at all. Here are some steps to help you resolve the issue:
Troubleshooting - Check your email address
- Check Email Address Accuracy: Ensure your email address is spelled correctly.
- Try Variants of Your Email Address: If you use multiple versions of your email (e.g., "BA.com" vs. "BritishAirways.com"), try signing in with each one.
- Maybe you were registered with a different email, such as a non-work email address, try that email instead.
Training Course Access
- If you're enrolled in a BSI training course, please consider the following steps:
- Use Your Work Email Address: Sign up with the email address you provided to BSI, typically your work email, instead of a personal one (like Hotmail, Gmail, or AOL).
- Contact Your Tutor for Assistance: If you’re part of a BSI Auditor training course, you can ask your tutor to create an account for you using your preferred email address.
- Check Your Course Start Date: Workspaces are generally set up around 5 days before the course begins. If you’ve signed up too early, your workspace might not yet be available. Simply save your login credentials, and once the course starts, you’ll have access to BSI Connect.
