The following instructions explain how to configure the BSI Connect Platform so that archived records are archived locations are reinstated.
Instructions
Users who have admin rights can manage Users.
- Select the Administration symbol
.
- From the drop down select Locations.
- Ensure that you are displaying archived Locations on the record list (if you don't know how to do this click here for instructions).
- Click to open the Location that will be reinstated.
- Select Reinstate followed by confirm
