Archiving a Location will prevent that Location being available to all future records created. There is the option of reinstating should the need arise. Users who have admin rights can manage Locations.
Instructions
Users who have admin rights can manage Locations.
- Select the Administration symbol
- From the drop down select Locations.
- Locate and click on the Location you wish to Archive.
Select Archive followed by Confirm.
