The following instructions will step you through deleting a user account. Please be aware, at the time of writing this knowledge article, deleted users cannot be reinstated.

Instructions
Only users who have admin rights can manage Reference Data.
- Log into the platform, BSIConnect.app
- Select the Administration symbol

- From the drop down select People.
- Click to open the user account that will be deleted.
- Select Delete followed by confirm.
