The following instructions provide information on how to edit a user account.
Users who have admin rights can manage Users.
Instructions
Only users who have admin rights can manage Reference Data.
- Log into the platform, BSIConnect.app
- Select the Administration symbol
- From the drop down select People.
- Locate and click on the user you wish to edit. Please be aware, the only information that an administrator can change is the information highlighted below:
- Make the required changes.
- Select Save or allow the system to auto save the changes.
For display name or email address changes, please send a ticket to connect.support@bsigroup.com or send us a message through chat bot. Please provide the following information:
- User email address
- Workspace URL
- Users current display name / email address
- Users new display name / email address
