The steps below guide you through how to use the inline record editing feature in the BSI Connect platform.
Please note that inline record editing is a Premium feature, available only to customers on the Premium plan or higher.

Instructions
- Log into the platform BSIConnect.app
- Go to the record type that you wish to edit (audits, checklists, findings or actions).
- From within the record grid, locate the 'edit records' toggle and slide the toggle to the right.
- The record grid is now editable.
- Click into any field within the grid and make the required change.
- Please note that certain fields, such as Status, Created Date, and Last Updated Date, cannot be edited. This is because these are core system-generated fields.
- Once you have made the required changes select 'save' to apply.
- All changes made using the 'Inline Grid' editing feature are automatically captured in the record's revision history.
