About Checklist score setup
The Overall score setup defines the scoring parameters for the entire audit.
However, if a specific section needs its own scoring rules, you can use the Section score setup to override the overall settings for that section only.
Overall score setup
- To adjust the overall score settings, select the option labeled Overall score setup (1) as shown below.
-
Do not confuse this with Section score setup (2). That option will be explained in the following section.
- Once you have selected Overall Score Setup, you can change, add or remove labels, amend threshold values and change the colour indicators.
- Select Done to apply the changes.
Section score setup
This feature lets you change the score for a specific section without affecting the overall audit results.
How it works: A dedicated checkbox in the popup allows you to override the section score.
Editable scores: When the override is checked, the section’s scoring setup is fully editable. It still starts with the same settings as the overall score.
Independent scoring: Any changes you make apply only to that section and do not change the overall audit score.
-
Select Section score setup within your checklist.
- To override the over overall scoring for a particular section, select Override overall score setup
-
The score setup will become editable, you can change, add or remove labels, amend threshold values and change the colour indicators.
- Select Done to apply the changes.
Answer Set Library
The Answer Set Library allows you to create and manage single-select and multi-select answer options for checklist questions.
Within the library, you can define each single-select answer’s text, score, and colour. Once created, these answer sets become available for selection whenever a new checklist is built, ensuring consistency across your checklists.
The Answer Set Library is a Premium feature, available to customers on the Premium plan or higher, and is accessible only to users with administration rights.
