The steps below guide you through how to install a Progressive Web App (PWA). Installing a PWA on your desktop or mobile makes it quicker and easier to use, you get fast, app-like access without needing to download a full app from an app store.

(Please note, these are the instructions for those using Google Chrome on desktop. Other browsers and platforms have different methods of installing PWAs)
- Enter the BSI Connect platform URL/address into your web browser.
- Look for the PWA installer icon located on the far-right hand side of the browser window, as highlighted in the image below.
- Click on the installer icon to initiate the installation process.
- A pop-up window will appear with the option to install the PWA.
Select Install on the pop-up window.
Once installed, the PWA icon will be added to your device's home screen or desktop for quick access.
- You can now enjoy the full features of the PWA with a user experience similar to a mobile app.
