Switching a Finding from one type to another is very simple, for example you have created a Major Nonconformity and you want to change it to a Minor Nonconformity.
Select Findings from menu on the left .
- From the record list presented, click to open the Finding that requires switching.
- The Finding type is located at the top left of the page.
Click the drop down and select the new Finding Type.
- Select Save or allow the system to auto save the changes.
