The steps below guide you through how to manage a forgotten password in the BSI Connect platform.
Instructions
- Enter the Web address for the platform bsiconnect.app

On the sign in page, select Forgot your password?
- Enter your Email Address.
- Select Send verification code.
- You will receive an email containing the verification code. The email will come from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com (if the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder or contact your own IT team for further assistance).
- Type or paste the verification code into the Forgot Password form.

Select Verify code and Continue.

Next enter and confirm your New Password, followed by Continue. You will be taken into the platform.
