The following information provides step by step instruction for conducting an audit.

Select Audits from the main menu.
- From the record list presented, select the Audit that will be conducted.
- If the Audit is in Draft Status, select Schedule.
- If the Audit is in Scheduled status, select Conduct.

If you have a Checklist associated with your Audit, you will be presented with two sections which you can toggle between: Checklist and Audit Summary.
- The Checklist details are accessible under the checklist section. This section will not be visible if you do not have a Checklist associated with the Audit.
- Below is an image of the checklist with indicators marking all key features.

[1] Denotes the area of the Audit you are viewing. [2] Enables you to switch between edit view and Audit report. [3] Select this to filter information on the screen. [4] If you have more than one section, click to switch between the sections of the Checklist. This field also shows the progress of the questions within that section. [5] Question and answer area. [6] Add remarks/evidence to support the answer selected. [7] Additional information such as Photos, Videos or Files can be added to the Audit question. [8] Additional information such as Findings can be added to the Audit question. [9] Additional information such as Actions can be added to the Audit question. [10] Each section and question can have the N/A option enabled. To enable N/A select the checkbox of the corresponding question or section. [11] Select the three dots to the right of each question to add additional questions to an audit that is in progress. [12] Colour indicator will change colour when the question is answered. [13] Shows how many questions answered overall. |
- Once all Audit questions have been answered, select Save or allow the system to auto save the changes

Next, click the Audit Summary section

Below the Audit Summary section, you have the option to add supporting information, including photos, files, findings, and actions.
- This section also includes the Executive Summary, where the Auditor will provide an overview of the Audit results.
- Once you have finished, click Complete and confirm. The Audit will change to Completed status.
Important information when adding sections/questions to an in-progress audit.
Any new sections or questions added to an audit that is already in progress cannot be marked as N/A.
Newly added sections and questions will not be automatically numbered. They will appear in a format similar to the example below:
If an audit is copied, newly added sections and questions will not be included in the copied audit.
Newly added sections and questions will not be added to the original checklist. To ensure they appear in future audits, you must manually add them to the originating checklist.
